The Planning Process
A signature offering of Benefactory is a step-by-step process to clarify a donor’s interests. Clients may say at the beginning that they have no philanthropic interests, only to discover within the hour of the Planning Process that they care deeply about a field of interestthey just didn’t think they could make a difference.
We are there to help clients learn that they can. The Process involves a conversation based on 22 open-ended questions developed over ten years of experience that lead the client to a statement of philanthropic purpose. The advisor then brainstorms with the client and writes up a detailed recommendation of next steps. Your client will come back to you clear about goals. Clients who are clear are easier to help.
